- The purpose of this blog is to document my attempt to watch one of my favorite films ever, once each day, for an entire year. No one thinks I can do it (including myself), but I am determined to make this shit happen. This film is extra special to me because it was so close to my adolescent experience in the early 90s. Mitch and his sister have the same age difference as my sister and I. Borderline torture from my sisters senior friends transforming into friendship is what I went through at this exact point in my life. I have identified with this film ever since the first time I saw it and this year I hope to push that connection to maniac status. Wish me luck.
Call me bitchy and snide (it is in fact jealousy that is about to ooze out), but how on earth do you fit it in your day! Clearly you do not have a high maintenance, super clingy, Do It My Way, Velcro baby? I am so goddamn jealous! Keep up the great work, Friend!
